How do I add a Testimonial?
If you are an individual or a company that we have had the pleasure of providing a service for or selling a product to, then you are entitled to write a Testimonial.

If you have access to our Client area and have completed an order through it, then you can automatically insert your Testimonial for public view by clicking "Write a Testimonial" or the plus sign next to the order in the list.

If you do not have access to our Client area but are a customer, you can e-mail or call us with what you want to put and we will manually input it for you.

I see an error on the site, what do I do?
It is either an unseen bug in the coding or we are currently working on an update on the live website.

In either case, if it is affecting your usability of the Bryan's Data Programming website, then please contact us!

I'm having trouble logging into the client area, what should I do?
If you are having trouble logging in, then please contact us either by phone or email.

What is a client ID?
You are given a Client ID when you order a service or product from Bryan's Data Programming. You then use this Client ID to login to our client area and track your order as well as having access to other client benefits.

If you are a customer and do not have a Client ID then you can apply for one using our Client Sign-up Form.

Who created this website?
Our own web designer and programmer, Rich, designed and programmed every single pixel of the BDP website using Dreamweaver and Photoshop and the PHP and MySQL programming languages.
